鼻腔鼻窦畸胎癌肉瘤一例 被引量：8

摘要 患者男，29岁。因鼻腔鼻窦畸胎癌肉瘤（sinonasal，sNTcs）术后20d，左颌下淋巴结肿大10余天，于2013年2月18日入院。患者2012年12月受轻度撞击鼻外伤，此后鼻腔间断少量血性分泌物，当地医院CT检查示左侧鼻骨骨折，副鼻窦炎。2013年1月30日在局麻下行手术治疗鼻骨骨折中发现左侧鼻腔灰白色息肉样新生物，
