从中小学“减负”开辟第二课堂这一社会关注的教育改革问题 ,阐述了图书馆应以此为契机 ,引导学生走进图书馆 。

As we know,the primary and middle schools in China are trying to start the second classroom——the outside class to lighten the students load.It has become an issue in educational reform attracting the attention of the whole society.This paper expounds that the library should regard it as a turning point and lead the students into the library,as well as help them learn to use it to teach and enhance themeslves for life.
