Embolization of superior sagittal sinus dural arteriovenous fistula under intrasinus balloon protection

摘要 血管内栓塞已成为硬脑膜动静脉瘘(DAVF)最为重要的治疗方法。在完全闭塞瘘口的同时,保证正常脑静脉的引流通畅也是DAVF栓塞治疗的目标。本文报道应用静脉窦内球囊保护技术结合动脉入路成功栓塞1例复杂上矢状窦DAVF,并分析栓塞治疗策略与球囊保护的技术要点。 Endovascular embolization has become the most important method of treatment of dural arteriovenous fistula （DAVF）. While guaranteeing the complete occlusion of fistulae orifice, ensuring the normal cerebral venous drainage unobstructed is also the goal of DAVF embolization. In this essay, we report a complex superior sagittal sinus DAVF case using protection balloon via arterial approach, and the strategies and techniques of balloon-assisted embolization are discussed.
