舍曲林佐治急性缺血性脑卒中疗效评估 被引量:1

Outcome assessments of Sertraline in the ajuvant treatment of acute ischemic stroke

摘要 目的探讨舍曲林佐治急性缺血性脑卒中神经功能缺损恢复的疗效。方法入选2011年1月至2012年12月收治的74例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,其中男性39例,女性35例,年龄从62至75岁,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予常规活血、营养神经、脑保护、减轻脑水肿等治疗,治疗组在入院时即给予舍曲林口服治疗,50 mg QD,10天后评估两组患者NIHSS和Barhel指数(BI)的变化。结果治疗组神经功能缺损恢复的疗效好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舍曲林联合治疗急性缺血性脑卒中,有利于患者神经功能缺损恢复和后期生活质量的改善。 Objective To investigate the curative effects of Sertraline in ajuvant treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods Seventy-four patients with acute ischemic stroke were enrolled form January 2011 to December 2012 and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were received conventional treatment with blood circulation activing, neurological nutrition, brain protection and relieve cerebral edema, and the treatment group was also received Sertraline 50 mg daily for 10 days. We assessed the effects of Sertraline with comparing the two groups NIHSS scores and Barhel index changes. Results The scores of NIHSS and the Barhel index changes were significantly improved in treatment group than control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Sertraline plays an important role in the neurological functional recovery after acute ischemic stroke and is beneficial to improve the quality of late life.
