Progression of cognition and psychological scales in clinical research on cerebrovascular diseases

摘要 血管性认知障碍(VCI)和卒中后抑郁(PSD)严重影响了卒中患者的预后。认知量表和心理量表是血管性认知障碍和卒中后抑郁早期发现、协助诊断和判断疗效的重要手段。本文将就常见的认知、心理量表在临床研究的现状、进展、应用要求及展望作简要综述。 Vascular cognitive impairment （VCI） and Post-stroke depression （PSD） aggravate the prognosis of stroke patients. Cognitive scale and psychological scale are helpful in the diagnosis of VCI and PSD at early time and in the evaluation of the curative effects. We briefly reviewed the situation, progression and the prospect of cognition and psychological scales in clinical research.
