高校共青团促进青年就业创业途径探索

Exploration of the Approaches of University Communist Youth League Promoting Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship

服务青年就业创业是团的十六大确定的全团重点工作。新形势下高校共青团应充分利用自身的政治优势、组织优势、资源优势、载体优势和人才优势,以转变观念、提升能力、拓展渠道为目标,通过就业创业课程学习、竞赛参与、氛围营造和实践训练等四条主要途径,服务青年学生成长成才、就业创业。

Serving the youth employment and entrepreneurship is the emphasis of 16th National Congress of the Communist Youth League. Under the new situation, in order to serve the youth employment and entrepreneurship better, university Communist Youth League should take full advantages of politics, organization, resource, carrier and talents, and aim at changing ideas, hoisting capacity and developing channels. There are four approaches to promote youth employment and entrepreneurship： taking employment and entrepreneurship courses, participating in competitions, creating atmosphere and training practice.
