摘要
高校青年教师在高等教育体系和推进社会进步中具有重要影响,当前民生问题对高校青年教师发展的影响越来越明显。文章尝试剖析高校青年教师这个群体的民生问题及其影响,为如何采取有效的措施解决该问题提供一些参考性的建议。
Young university teachers play an important role promoting social progress. The livelihood issues impacts on in the system of higher education and the the development of young teachers from university are more and more obvious. This paper is going to analysis the livelihood issues from the young university teachers, and the influence on this group, in order to find out some effective measures to solve the problem.
