艺趣育人 智慧成长——新时期幼儿园管理的实践研究

"艺趣育人"即以艺育人,以情润德,以艺术管理为基础的智慧管理模式;注重"育人先做人,正人先正己"的师德师风建设。通过重教师培养、重项目活动组织、重日常管理等,提倡"艺"与"德"的同步培养、"教师"与"幼儿"共同成长的育人策略;建立起一种幼儿园文化,形成一种教师风格,最终让幼儿形成良好的生活卫生习惯、道德品质习惯、认知学习习惯。

Educating by art interesting is teaching a person by art and promoting virtue by affection. Wisdom management mode basing on the art management pays attention to constructing morality of ＂be a man before educating, sweep before one＇s own door＂. By laying emphasis on teacher training, item activities organization, and daily management, the study advocates the strategy of synchronism cultivations of art and virtue, teacher and children growing together. By constructing kindergarten culture, and forming teacher style, the children can form good life and health habit, moral character habit, and cognitive learnin~ habit.
