摘要
解决数字图书馆的版权问题要正确处理图书馆主体性质与法定许可的关系 ,合理化解强化版权保护和扩大合理使用范围的矛盾 ,健全从单独授权向版权集体管理转化的法律机制。
To cope with the copyright issues in digital libraries,one must understand the relationship between libraries and licensing.The settlement of copyright dispute also hinges on the balance between strengthened copyright protection and widened fair use,as well on the legal mechanism transforming individual copyright clearance to site licensing.
