摘要
计算机和网络技术的快速发展给图书馆电子信息资源采访工作带来了许多新问题。本文借鉴美国得克萨斯理工大学图书馆电子信息资源的采访经验 ,对国内电子信息资源采访工作提出若干建议。
With the rapid development of computer and network technologies,library acquisition is faced with many new problems.This article proposed some solutions to these problems by drawing on lessons from the acquisition practice of the Texas Tech University Library.
