本文从信息产业和信息经济的概念入手 ,论述了发展信息产业的战略意义和其对整个国民经济系统建设的影响 ,我国及世界其他国家信息产业发展状况 ,发展信息产业过程中存在的问题等 ,并对如何发展信息产业和信息经济方面提出了建议和意见。

Beginning with the concept of information industry and information economy,this paper states the strategy significance of information industry development and the influence on the whole nation economy system construction,China and other countries' information development status and problems during the course of information industry development.Then points out own proposals.
