摘要
随着我国高速公路交通路网运营客流货流量逐年日益增大,客观存在的各类安全风险和隐患有不断上升的趋势,安全形势十分严峻。分析了影响高速公路道路安全的主要因素,并在此基础上建立了高速公路运营安全要素指标体系,提出并完成了高速公路运营安全综合监控系统的总体设计,构建了系统的功能结构,研究了系统的逻辑结构及物理架构。
This paper showed the statistics of price fluctuation trend of steel, asphalt,cement,fuel and other major outsoureing materials from 2007 to 2011. According to the examination and approval of the budget for the new construction project in Shanxi Province from 2010 to 2011 ,it analyzed and obtained the absolute and relative effect of the material cost on the production cost. It also had the sensitivity analysis of four main materials,which provided references for rational determination and effective control of construction cost.
