近年来,黑龙江省发挥地缘及欧亚文化融合等优势,搭建特色平台,对俄官方文化交流、民间文化交流和教育交流成果丰硕,深化和拓宽了中俄"全面战略协作伙伴关系",对俄文化交流提升到了一个新水平。与此同时,黑龙江省对俄文化交流仍存在一些亟待解决的问题:交流不均衡、缺乏复合型人才、深度广度不足等。通过政府搭台引导,以培养复合型人才做突破、拓宽交流范围,真正确立对俄区域文化交流"桥头堡"的地位。

In recent years, Heilongjiang has taken its advantages to set up characteristic platform and have the communication and cooperation with Russia, getting fruitful achievements and deepening and extending the overall strategic partnership , which makes Russian and Chinese cooperation enter a new level. Meanwhile, there exist some urgent problems ： imbalance of communication, lack of inter - disciplinary talents and so on. The status of bridgehead will be determined by government＇s building up the platform and cultivating inter - disciplinary talents and extending the communication.
