协同创新视阈下“卓越人才培养”研究性学习简论

摘要 在当前高校协同创新视野下,本科生研究性学习是人才培养的重要教学选择。大学教学过程,本质上是教师教学过程和学生学习过程,教师的教学过程对于教学质量具有主导意义,学生的学习过程对于教学质量具有决定意义。在教师教学过程的"卓越人才培养"中,学生研究性学习是新的教学探索。要求教师在"卓越人才培养"过程中,要实行和推进研究性学习而非灌输式学习。面对本科生研究性学习,必须准确定位和科学把握,厘清现存的倾向问题,明确研究性学习的责任维度,审慎推进和规范运行"卓越人才培养"的研究性学习。 In the current university collaborative innovation perspective, undergraduate research is an im- portant teaching personnel training options. University teaching process, in essence, is the process of teaching and learning process, teachers' teaching process has led significance for the quality of teaching, student learn- ing process of decisive significance for the quality of teaching. Teachers in the teaching process "excellent per- sonnel training," student research study is to explore new teaching. It requires teachers to "excellent person- nel training" process, to introduce and promote the research study rather than indoctrination learning. Facing undergraduate research study must be accurately positioned and scientific certainty, to clarify the existing tend- ency problem, a clear responsibility dimension of research study, promoting and regulating prudent Run "Training Excellence," the research study.
