《蛙》的题材涉及中国乡村计划生育这一高度敏感性话题。莫言通过对话性叙事策略:设计两套话语——民间话语与官方话语进行对话,以复调的形式较为深刻地探讨了这个话题。同时,通过不同话语对作品主人公"我姑姑"进行对话性评价,塑造了一个鲜活的乡村医生兼计生干部的典型形象。晚年姑姑的忏悔颠覆了计划生育的官方话语,改写了姑姑"刽子手"形象。

Frog is a dialogic novel whose theme is the child birth ning, the author course, through designs a dialogue between two sets of discourses policy. Centering around family plan- the official discourse and the folk dis- which he makes a dialogic evaluation of ＂my aunt＂. At the end of the work, the repentance ＂my aunt＂ subverts the official discourse of child birth, and rewrites her image of an ＂executioner＂.
