我国西部信息产业发展战略研究

A Study on the Development Strategy of Information Industry in the West of China

通过对国内外及我国西部信息产业的分析,对我国西部发展信息产业的必要性、发展信息产业的环境及信息产业的发展目标等进行探讨,指出我国西部应走具有中国特色的信息产业发展道路,并提出具体发展对策。

Through analyzing the information industry at home and abroad especially in the west of China, this paper discusses the necessity, environment and object of developing the information industry in the west of China, and points out that the information industry in the west of China should face the 21st century and form special features of China. Finally, some development countermeasures are presented as well.
