摘要
分娩过程是影响出生人口质量的因素之一,产程中的电子监护技术对优生起着重要作用。超声和磁场定位技术测定分娩参数评估产程进展的方法,相对于医生用手指经阴道检查(简称“阴道指检”)评估产程进展,因其无创、客观、准确的测量结果,以及头盆关系的可视化,目前已成为对产程进展监护与评估的新标准,并有着良好的临床应用前景。这里从产程中的电子胎儿监护和分娩参数测定两个方面,对现有的分娩监护技术进行回顾与综述,并且对产程中分娩参数的测定在产科临床中的应用进行评述。
