品管圈在防范住院老年痴呆患者发生护理不良事件中的作用

Effect of quality control circle in preventing nursing adverse events in hospitalized elderly patients with Alzheimer＇s dementia

为了降低老年性痴呆患者意外事件的发生率，保证患者的安全，通过品管圈活动，采取护士分层管理，建立三级质控网络，实施病区安全大环境改革，对病人的安全问题进行流程化的管理，增强了预防为中心的意识。改善后病人意外事件发生率显著降低，病人的安全得到了保障，同时也使护理人员的综合素质得到了提高。

In order to decrease the incidence of nursing adverse events in elderly patients with Alzheimer＇s dementia （AD） and assure their safety, quality control circle （QCC） activity was conducted to administer patients＇ safety in procession by adopting decentralized management of nurses, constructing three-level quality-control network and implementing environmental reforming of safety in inpatient area, so as to improve the consciousness of disease-prevention being the initial principle. After that, the incidence of adverse events decreased evidently, patients＇ safety was assured, and the comprehensive qualities of nurses were promoted significantly as well.
