摘要
我院于1985年1月至1990年9月五年多来用肝叶切除治疗肝内胆管结石13例,经短期随访,近期效果满意。现报告如下: 临床资料一、一般资料本组13例中,男性4例,女性9例。
This paper reports the clinical materials of 13 cases of liver lobectomy for calculus of intrahepato-duct from Jan. 1986 to Sept. 1990. The clinical features, indications of liver (?)obectomy and the experience in the operation and treatment are discussed. The authors believe that liver lobectomy is a reasonable method in the treatment of calculus of intrahepato-duct. In addition to radically eliminating the stones, it also can relieve the obstruction due to stenosis and remove the lesions. The followed-up after operation showed the short term efficiency was satisfactory.
