摘要
目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿铝的方法。方法以0.10%TritonX-100和0.50%HNO3为基体改进剂将尿样稀释5倍后,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪进行测定。结果方法在0.76μg/L^50.0μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.999;在浓度25.0μg/L^200.0μg/L范围内加标回收率为91.8%~95.0%,尿样标准物质测定结果在真值范围内;3 d内对样品进行6次测定,计算其批间精密度,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.6%~8.2%;测定10次试剂空白,按照标准差法计算方法的检出限为0.76μg/L,以尿样稀释5倍计,最低检出浓度为3.80μg/L。结论采用横向加热恒温平台石墨管测定尿铝,灵敏度高,精密度好,可准确测定尿中痕量铝。
Objective To establish a method for measurement of aluminum in human urine by graphite furnance atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The urine sample was diluted with 0.10% TritonX - 100 and 0.50% HNO3 as matrix modifier for 5 - time dillution, then measured by graphite fumance atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The method showed good linearity between 0.76μg/L N 50.0 μg/L, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999. The recovery rate was 91.8% - 95.0% within the standard aluminum concentration of 25.0μg/L - 200.0 μg/L, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.6% - 8.2% in three days. The method detection limit was 0.76 μg/L based on 10 reagent blank tests and the minimum detection concentration of 5 - time dilluted urine sample was 3.80 μg/L. Conclusion Transverse heating graphite tube is high sensitive and precise in determination of trace aluminum in human urine accurately and quickly.
