微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定安宫牛黄丸中的铅、镉、铜含量 被引量:10

Determination of lead,cadmium and copper contents in Angong Niuhuang Wan by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定安宫牛黄丸中铅、镉、铜的含量。方法经直接剪碎取样,采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,以磷酸二氢铵和硝酸镁作为基体改进剂,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定安宫牛黄丸中铅、镉、铜的含量。结果方法线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.9994,铅、镉、铜的方法检出限分别为0.024 mg/kg、0.004 mg/kg、0.033 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.3%~4.9%,回收率为92.5%~110.4%,铅、镉、铜的结果范围分别为0.612 mg/kg^4403.623 mg/kg、0.041 mg/kg^2.388 mg/kg、2.219 mg/kg^23.919 mg/kg。结论该方法具有快速、灵敏、准确等优点,适用于安宫牛黄丸中铅、镉、铜的分析检测,为有效控制安宫牛黄丸中的重金属及有害元素提供了依据。 Objective To establish a method for determining the levels of lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd) and copper (Cu) in Angong Niuhuang Wan by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The Angong Niuhuang Wan was directly cut into pieces for sampling, then the levels of Pb, Cd and Cu in the samples were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after microwave digestion, using NH4H2PO4 and MgNO3 as the matrix modifier. Results All elements showed a good linear relationship ( r 〉 0. 9994). The method detection limits of Pb, Cd and Cu were 0. 024 mg/kg, 0. 004 mg/kg, 0.033 mg/kg, respectively. The relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.3% -4.9%. The recoveries were in the range of 92. 5% - 110.4%. The contents of Pb, Cd and Cu were 0. 612 mg/kg - 4403. 623 mg/kg, 0. 041 mg/kg 2. 388 mg/kg, 2. 219 mg/kg - 23. 919 mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of Pb, Cd and Cu in Angong Niuhuang Wan with satisfactory sensitivity, accuracy and precision, laying the foundation for efficient control of heavy metals and harmful elements in Angong Niuhuang Wan.
