摘要
目的观察血常规与超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)联合检测对小儿支原体肺炎患者的临床意义,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选择321例已确诊的小儿支原体肺炎患者作为观察组,同期另选300例健康儿童作为对照组;采用全自动血液分析仪检测血常规;免疫散射比浊法检测超敏CRP水平;并进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者中性粒细胞比例、中性粒细胞绝对值、单核细胞比例、单核细胞绝对值、超敏CRP水平显著高于对照组;淋巴细胞比例、淋巴细胞绝对值低于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);联合检测血常规与超敏CRP阳性率显著高于单项检测,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清超敏CRP指标对小儿支原体肺炎患者有较好的临床诊断价值,联合检测血常规与超敏CRP水平变化对小儿支原体肺炎患者可以提高其诊断的阳性率及准确率,对病情监测具有现实意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of blood routine test and high - sensitivity C - reactive protein (CRP) combined detection in pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia patients, and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods Using retrospective analysis method, 321 pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia patients were taken as the observation group, and 300 healthy children over the same period were taken as control group. Then automatic blood-analyzer was used for blood routine test, while immune nephelometry assay was used to detect high - sensitivity CRP level, and the results were analyzed by statistics. Results The neutrophil ratio, absolute neutrophil, monocyte percentage, absolute monocytes and high - sensitivity CRP level of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, while the proportion of lymphocytes and lymphocyte absolute value were lower than the control group. The differences both had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The positive rate of blood test and high sensitivity CRP combined detection was significantly higher than that of the single test, and the difference were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Serum high - sensitivity CRP level has better clinical diagnostic value for pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia patients. The combined detection of blood routine and high - sensitivity CRP levels can improve the positive rate and accuracy in diagnosis of pediatric mycoplasma pneu- monia, with practical significance for disease surveillance.
