摘要
罗尔斯正义理论之所以在当代最具光芒,就是因为其思想言述中强烈的实质正义诉求。本文试图通过对罗尔斯正义理论与实质正义之关联的澄清,意在从正义标准的实质所指、实质正义的重要性之所在和达成实质正义之途径所示等方面,对该理论中的实质正义诉求予以全面梳理与呈现。
It is the intense demands of substantive justice in Rawls' thoughts that make his theory of justice be the most important theory in present. By clarifying the connections between Rawls' theory of justice and substantive justice,this paper tries to give a comprehensive analysis and presentation of substantive justice demands in Rawls' theory of justice from the substantive meaning,the importance and the approaches of substantive justice.
