感染性心内膜炎207例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF INFECTIOUS ENDOCARDITIS IN 207 CASES

感染性心内膜炎(infective endocard itis)IE)是一种破坏性很强的心脏疾病。近年来,由于抗生素广泛应用和创伤性诊疗技术的开展使IE的临床表现和病原体发生了显著的变化,给早期诊断和治疗带来困难。本文将我院近14年收治207例IE患者的临床资料进行分析讨论。

This paper reviews 207 cases of infectious endocarditis in past fourteen years. Most of the cases of the infectous endocarditis developed in pre-existed organic rheumatic heart disease, the others were the cases of congenital heart disease, valve relaxation postopration and artificial valve infection etc. Positive Blood cultures were 44%, in which staphylcoccus aureus occounted for 29%, streptococcus viridans was 25%, and Gramnegative bacillus 16%.
