生物组织中的癌细胞定位技术

摘要 为了提高在微波致热超声扫描成像(MITAT)技术中的生物组织的癌变细胞定位的精确度,应用了TRAdjoint算法,该算法能够估测出假设发射源与真实发射源的位置差异。仿真表明,TR-Adjoint算法在非均匀的生物组织复杂环境中对癌变细胞精确定位具有很大的优势。 Aiming to improve the tumor cells accuracy of source position in microwave-induced thermo-acoustic tomography (MITAT) ,an iterative time reversal (TR) Adjoint method is used. The iterative method estimates the misfit location between assumed source and real source. Some numerical simulation results demonstrate the method has great advantages in positioning for imaging tumors in acoustically heterogeneous medium accurately.
