试述《素问》三虚相合易发疫疠的医学思想及其对预防温疫的启示

《黄帝内经》中关于疫疠的理论对于防治温疫具有重要借鉴价值。分析《素问·本病论》《素问·刺法论》三虚相合易发疫疠的重要理论观点、基本内容及其在疫疠发生过程中的相互关系显示,某些年份所致的异常气候是导致疫疠的重要外在因素,人体五脏之气不足、精气与神气失守是致病的根本。这种既重视外在气候因素,又重视人体正气在疫疠发生发展过程中能起到重要作用的"人与天地相参"的整体医学思想,对于防治温疫及外感流行性疾病具有重要启示。

Epidemic diseases seriously do harm to human life and health. The theory of epidemic diseases in Huang Di Nei Jing has important ＇reference value for the prevention and treatment of pestilence. This paper analyzes the important theoreti- cal perspectives, basic content of epidemic diseases, and the interrelation in the course of three kinds of deficiencies which easily trigger epidemic diseases in Suwen Ben binglun and Suwen Cifalun. They think that the abnormal climate in some years is an important external factor leading to epidemic disease. The fundamental reason is the lack of nutrient substance in the five internal organs of the body and the body＇s nutrient substance and mental state can not cling to each other. The holis- tic medicine thought of unity of heaven and human being attach importance to the external climate factors and the human body health, which can play an important role in the process of the occurrence and development of pestilence and has impor- tant inspiration for the prevention of epidemic diseases and exogenous epidemic disease.
