清宫医案中止咳类方药临床应用

The clinical application of antitussive in medical records of Qing Dynasty

清宫医案是清朝太医院太医为满清皇室、贵族等治病的历史文献医案记载,反映了清代的中医临床学术水平,其中载有大量治咳嗽痰喘的临床医案,其辨证论治思路清晰、方法理论独特,方剂加减变化应用灵活,剂型的种类繁多,内容描写论述详尽。清宫医案中止咳类方药临证运用效果显著,归纳清宫医案治疗咳嗽经验,提出以下治疗原则:注重肺气的宣降,宣发肺气与化痰降气并重;加强对于肺脏与其他脏腑间的辨证;注重祛风化痰、活血化瘀止咳的运用。

Medical records of the Qing Dynasty accounted the historical records of the imperial physician who cured the dis- eases of royal families and the nobility, which reflected TCM clinical academic level in Qing Dynasty. It accounted large amounts of cough medical records. Its syndrome differentiation and treatment is clear and methods of theoretical system are unique. Furthermore, its prescription applications of addition and subtraction are flexible. There are many kinds of forms and detailed content descriptions. Antitussive recorded in the medical records of the Qing Dynasty had significant effect in clini- cal application. Based on the summary of medical records of the Qing Dynasty, the following three treatment principles are put forward. Firstly, the dispersing lung Qi is given priority for the equal importance of dispersing lung Qi and reducing phlegm. Secondly, dialectical method of the lungs and other organs should be strengthened. Thirdly, we should attach impor- tance to expel wind and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and relieve cough.
