针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫随机对照研究

Randomized controlled study on acupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy for diabetic gastroparesis

目的验证针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的治疗效果。方法将64例脾虚气滞型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用针刺配合耳穴贴压法治疗,对照组采用口服枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗。足疗程治疗后对两组数据进行统计分析,评价治疗效果。结果治疗后胃排空检查评价结果(治疗组45.1%,对照组23.8%,P<0.05),治疗后中医证候疗效评价结果:餐后饱胀(治疗组92.9%,对照组70.4%),嗳气(治疗组88.0%,对照组57.7%),反酸(治疗组92.6%,对照组60.0%),治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合耳穴贴压能有效改善脾虚气滞型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的临床症状,增强胃蠕动,促进胃排空。

Objective To verify the effect of acupuncture plus Auricular Plaster Therapy on diabetic gastmparesis.Method 64 cases of spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation in diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture combined with auricular plaster pressure therapy, the control group with oral administration of mosapride citrate treatment. Full course after treatment, two sets of data are used for statisti- cal analysis and the treatment effects are evaluated. Result After treatment, gastric emptying test results （the treatment group 45.1%, control group 23.8 %, P 〈 0.05 ）, TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation results postprandial fullness （ treatment group 92.9 %, control group 70.4 % ）, belching（treatment group 88 %, control group 57.7 % ）, acid reflux（treat- ment group 92.6% ,control group 60%）,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy for diabetic gastroparesis can effec- tively improve the spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation type of diabetic gastroparesis and the clinical symptoms of the pa- tients, enhance gastric peristalsis and promote gastric emptying.
