摘要
目的观察一种对氯间二甲苯酚消毒液的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该消毒液的杀菌效果及其影响因素进行试验观察。结果用浓度为165mg/L的对氯间二苯酚消毒液,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌分别作用5min和10min,平均杀灭对数值均〉5;用浓度为500mg/L的对氯间二苯酚消毒液,对悬液内白色念珠菌作用10min,平均杀灭对数值〉5。在10℃-30℃温度范围内,随温度降低,对氯间二苯酚的杀菌效果明显降低。结论该消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的杀灭效果,但其杀菌效果受环境温度影响明显。
Objective To observe the killing effect of a parachlormetaxylenol disinfectant. Methods Suspension quan- titative germicidal test was used to observe the killing effect and influence factors of the disinfectant. Results The average killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aurouswere both 〉 5 for 5 minutes and 10 minutes by the dis- infectant containing 165 mg/L parachlormetaxylenol. The average killing logarithm value of Candida albicans was 〉 5 for 10 minutes by the disinfectant containing 500 mg/L parachlormetaxylenol. The killing effect was decreased seriously to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aurous and Candida albicans when the temperature decreased within 10℃- 30℃. Conclu- sion Parachlormetaxylenol has good killing effect on bacterial vegetative form and fungi, but the killing effect was influ- enced seriously by temperature.
