新型复方中草药消毒剂的消毒效果及其杀菌机理研究

STUDY ON DISINFECTION EFFICACY OF A COMPOUND CHINESE HERBS DISINFECTANT AND ITS GERMICIDAL MECHANISM

目的研究一种复方中草药消毒剂的消毒效果及其杀菌机理。方法采用现场消毒试验和分子生物学技术,对该消毒剂消毒海产品的效果及作用机理进行研究。结果本研究各组方中草药消毒剂对海产品上自然菌作用15 min,平均杀灭率达到90%以上;对餐具上人工污染的细菌作用15 min,平均杀灭率达到99%。各组方中草药消毒剂对细菌作用15 min后,出现细菌蛋白质漏出现象,其漏出量随消毒剂浓度升高而增加。结论该复方中草药消毒剂可有效杀灭海产品中的自然菌,对餐具有良好的消毒作用,其杀菌机理可能是改变细胞壁和细胞膜的通透性使蛋白质漏出导致细菌死亡。

Objective To study the disinfection efficacy of a compound Chinese herbs disinfectant and its germicidal mechanism. Methods Field disinfection test and molecular biological technique were used to research the disinfection effect on seafood and mechanism of disinfectant. Results The average killing rate of natural bacteria in seafood exposed to the components of disinfectant for 15 minutes was above 90% ; while the average killing rate of manual bacteria in dinner set was above 99%. After exposure to the components of disinfectant for 15 minutes, both bacteria showed leakage of pro- tein and the amount of leakage added with increasing concentration. Conclusion The compound Chinese herbs disinfect- ant has good bactericidal efficacy against bacteria in seafood and dinner set. The disinfectant can enhance permeability of cell wall and cell membrane to show leakage of protein, and ultimately results in the death of bacteria.
