越南第一座氧化铝厂成功投产

The first alumina refinery successful put into production in Vietnam

林同氧化铝厂是越南第一座氧化铝厂,也是东南亚国家建设的第一个生产冶金级氧化铝产品的氧化铝厂,由中铝国际工程股份有限公司总承包(EPC)建设,沈阳铝镁设计研究院有限公司。目前项目一期工程顺利建成投产,产能650kt/a。本文总结该厂的工艺技术特点、生产消耗指标、环境监测状况,及设计产品质量等生产状况。林同氧化铝厂在确保大型单条生产线全年连续稳定生产上所积累的工艺技术经验,为今后建设低投入、高产出的氧化铝工程奠定了坚实的理论和实践基础。

Lam Dong Alumina Refinery is the first refinery in Vietnam and also the first refinery to produce SGA in Southeast Asia. It is constructed as an EPC project by CHALIECO. First stage is completed and the capacity is 650kt/a. In this paper, technology characters, consumption index, environment monitoring and product quality are generally reviewed. The continuous and stable operating experience of single line in Lain Dong Alumina Refinery will build a theoretical and realistic foundation for construction alumina refinery with low capital and high output in the future.
