摘要
介绍了国内外处理铝电解废阴极炭块的方法和相关技术,分析了火法处理技术和湿法处理技术优缺点,对比分析了国内两种具有代表性的火法和湿法处理技术,并介绍两种方法在无害化处理与综合利用铝电解废阴极方面的应用情况。结果表明,两项技术均达到了环保要求,火法处理流程短,投资大,从经济上讲湿法处理与综合利用技术更具有优势。
Treatment methods and technologies of spent cathode carbon blocks in the world are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of both thermal process and hydro process are analyzed. By a comparative analysis of two typical treatment processes of spent cathode carbon blocks, application situations of two processes are introduced. The results shows that both technologies meet the environmental protection requirements, the thermal process is a short flow sheet alternative with large capital investment, while hydro process has more economical advantages.
