工作要求-资源理论研究的新进展 被引量:2

摘要 工作要求-资源模型是工作压力研究领域的一个主流的概念框架,描述了工作特征对人的影响,指出工作特征既可以引发消极压力反应也可以激发积极压力反应。该模型起源于工作要求—工作控制(—社会支持)模型,而后又由两维结构发展为三维结构。文章对该模型的理论发展和实证研究进行了全面的回顾和总结,并提出未来的研究应该注重工作特征与个人特征互动的动态研究。
