我国发展生产性服务业需要探寻与制造业融合发展、协同创新的新思路、新方法。本文首先阐述了生产性服务业与制造业协同创新的必要性,然后对相关的理论研究进行了评述;在此基础上,基于价值网视角,理论描绘了一个生产性服务业与制造业协同创新的机制模型。该模型刻划了产业集群内企业间的协同创新、生产性服务业与制造业协同创新的运行机制,能够帮助分析国内传统制造业低效的分工体系和交易效率对产业升级以及生产性服务业发展的制约因素,为打破生产性服务业与制造业供需低效平衡、生产性服务需求不足提供解决思路。

The development of producer services is to explore new ideas and new methods with manufacturing integrative development, collaborative innovation in our country. This paper first expounds the collabora- tive innovation necessity of the producer services and manufacturing, and then the related theoretical re- search are reviewed, based on this, a collaborative in- novation mechanism model of producer services and man- ufacturing is theoretically described based on value network perspective. The model characterizes collabo- rative innovation between enterprises in the industri- al cluster, the collaborative innovation operating mechanism of producer services and manufacturing, which can help analyze inefficient division system of the domestic traditional manufacturing and the re- striction factors of trade efficiency to industrial upgrading and producer services development, to break the inefficiency of producer services and manufactur- ing supply and demand balance, productive service in- sufficient demand to provide solution,
