Through deep research and investigation, we put forward the space consturction framework of the ladder-like industry. By SWOT analysis, we analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, challenges and threats of the ladder-like industry layout, on this ba- sis, we suggest the implementation of talent project, transportation project, science project etc to pro- mote the sustainable industry development.
