本文首先对精细化管理的起源和内涵进行了深入地分析,进而结合商业银行业务经营的实践,介绍了精细化管理在商业银行业务层面的运用和体现。最后从发展的视角对商业银行未来的精细化管理提出展望。
The article conducts an in-depth analysis of the origin and meaning of delicacy management, and introduces the application of delicacy management in commercial banks' business by combining with the practice of commercial banks' business. Finally, it puts forward prospects of delicacy management application in commercial banks from the perspective of future development.
