摘要
本文以商业银行对公客户经理队伍营销技能建设为视角,探讨优化客户经理队伍营销技能建设的思路和路径,同时针对客户经理营销理念、营销技能培养、以及营销技能的支持系统包括考评与学习机制、组织响应度建设等提出具体建议。
Centering on the marketing skills building of manager teams for corporate customers in domestic commercial banks, the thesis discusses the ideas and paths of the optimization of marketing skills. It also makes specific proposals on marketing ideas of customer managers,marketing skills training, the supporting system of marketing skills including evaluation and learning mechanism, and organizational response construction.
