摘要
空间微生物原位检测系统需要满足微型化、自动化和易于集成的空间使用要求,而商用聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)仪不能满足这些需求。设计并实现了一种无芯片的PCR微型装置,采用蠕动泵实现系统的自动进样,采用半导体制冷器实现快速精确温控,反应管道采用硅胶管,制作简单、生物相容性好、便于清洗,满足微型化、高可靠性、易于系统集成的空间需求。该装置采用的方法为将PCR仪集成到自动化的检测仪器提供了思路。
The in situ microbial detection system of Space should satisfy the special space requirements such as miniaturization,automation and integration,whereas the commercial PCR instrument can't meet these needs.Therefore,a PCR micro device is designed without a chip.Peristaltic pump is adopted to realize automatic injecting system.Semiconductor refrigeration device is used to achieve rapid precise temperature control.The PCR realizes in the silicone tube,which is simple,good biocompatibility and easy to clean,and meets the space requirements of high reliability and automation.The method is useful to integrate PCR into the automation instrumentation.
