摘要
通过氨基硅烷偶联剂对人造高强度空心玻璃微珠(简称人造微珠)表面进行改性处理,降低人造微珠表面的吸湿性,减少结块现象。使用改性人造微珠制备了低密度油井水泥浆,并对水泥浆性能进行了评价,结果表明,改性后的人造微珠不破坏水泥浆的各项性能,与其他材料配伍性良好。
Aminosilane coupling agent is used to modify high-strength synthetic hollow glass beads (referred synthetic beads) surface,reducing the surface moisture of artificial beads,thereby reduce the agglomeration phenomenon.Low density cement slurry was prepared using modified artificial beads,and the cement slurry properties were evaluated,the results show that the modified artificial beads didnt destroy the performance of cement slurry,and have good compatibility with other materials.
