摘要
提出了一种新型的基于缺陷地波导(DGW)结构的双模带通滤波器设计。该滤波器由一对双T型微带输入/输出馈线和一个方形DGW双模谐振器构成。通过在DGW谐振器对称面上引入容性微扰,使谐振器的两个简并模分离,从而产生良好的双模带通椭圆形响应特性。对新型DGW结构单元进行研究,分析了微扰结构的尺寸对滤波器传输特性的影响,设计并加工了一个DGW双模带通滤波器,仿真及测试结果吻合较好。
A novel dual-mode band-pass filter using defected ground waveguide (DGW) structure is proposed.The proposed filter consists of a pair of orthogonal microstrip feed-lines using cascaded T-shape stubs and a DGW square-loop resonator on the ground.Two perturbations are used to excite degenerate modes of the DGW resonator.Characteristics of this dual-mode DGW unit are analyzed.The effects of the shape and the size of the perturbations on the transmission characteristics are studied.A good agreement between simulated and measured results verifies the validity of this design.
