摘要
根据现有实际工程,建立了翼在接缝处成对排列的双层U形玻璃风荷载作用下有限元模型。通过改变内外片玻璃之间的弹性垫片厚度,分析内外片玻璃受力性能的变化。考虑弹性垫片与玻璃之间的摩擦,探讨摩擦作用对双层U形玻璃的协调受力性能的影响。研究表明,弹性垫片厚度变化对内外片玻璃外荷载分配比例的影响很小,考虑弹性垫片与玻璃之间的摩擦作用时,外片玻璃挠度及最大应力比不考虑摩擦作用时要小,且随着荷载的增加,差值逐渐增大。
According to the practical engineering, the finite element mode was set up to analyze the bending behavior of double U-shaped glass with wings arranged side by side under the wind load. The bending behavior of the outer glass and inner glass was analyzed under the different thickness of elastic gasket between the inner glass and outer glass. The effect of friction between elastic gasket and glass to bending behavior of the double U-shaped glass was studied. It is demonstrated that the thickness of elastic gasket has very little effect on the load distribution ratio of the inner glass and outer glass. Considering the friction between the elastic gasket and the glass, the deflection and stress of the outer glass is smaller than the glass without the friction, and with the increase of load, the difference gradually increase.
