摘要
井下作业过程中使用倒扣技术时,倒扣成功与否一般要等管柱取出来后才知道;一旦倒扣失败将增加作业的复杂程度。实施倒扣诊断技术,在管柱被倒开前可进行即时判断,能有效避免倒扣失败。以倒扣过程中管柱所受拉力变小为依据,分析了导致拉力变小的原因在于伸长量和浮力发生了变化;并根据这一变化规律推导获得了计算拉力变化量的公式;再结合实际过程中存在的中和点上移的问题,通过分析并找到了使用现场测量的方法能来解决这一问题,使公式计算能运用于实际。倒扣诊断技术能为倒扣施工的成功提供有力的保障,使倒扣技术更加完善。
Generally specking, operation results should wait for removing the casing when backoff technology in download operation is used, it will become complicate if work failure. The results can be predicted by using backoff diagnosis technology before removing the casing. Buoyancy and elongation change make Casing puUing power smal- ler, the pulling ment that make ogy is efficient power change formula is derived. Analyzd upward movement of neutral point; the field measure- the formula considerably practical significance to solve the question. The baekoff diagnosis technol- not only guarantee the operation but also improve backoff technology.
