摘要
以长春莲花山生态旅游度假区为研究对象,运用生态经济学、环境经济学和资源经济学研究成果中的相关评估方法,对度假区生态系统的价值从直接使用价值和间接使用价值两方面进行了定量评估。结果表明,该区具有较大的经济效益,年均生态服务功能价值为368.39亿元,其中直接使用价值为14.51亿元,间接使用价值为353.45亿元,后者是前者的24.36倍。在总价值构成中,各项生态服务功能的重要性依次为保持土壤价值>调节气候价值>物质生产价值>游憩价值>水源供给价值>固碳释氧>废物处理价值>净化空气价值>涵养水源价值>生物多样性价值;不同生态系统类型对该区生态服务总价值的贡献大小为,耕地>林地>水域>草地>未利用地>园地;单位面积生态系统服务价值为耕地>水域>林地>园地>草地>未利用地。研究结果可以为生态建设规划提供科学依据。
The research object is Changchun Lianhua Mount. Multiple research methods were used to quantita- tively evaluate the ecosystem value of Lianhua Mount Eco-tourism Resort from direct and indirect use value. These methodologies are ecological economics, environmental economics, resource economics and related valuation meth- ods, including market value method, shadow price method, opportunity cost method, shadow engineering method, travel cost method, and willingness-to-pay method. By using the above mentioned methods comprehensively, this paper calculated the contribution of each to the total ecosystem value, ranked them, and analyzed their impacts in ecosystem function. The result showed that the annual ecosystem service function value of this resort is ¥ 36. 839 billion in total, and the average value per unit area is ¥ 1. 0118 million/hm:. In which the indirect use value is ¥ 35. 345 billion that 24. 36 times than the direct use value ¥ 1. 451 billion. In all ecological service function val- ues, the ranked order from the aspect of total value constituents is : soil formation and disposition, climates adjus- ting, material production, tourism, water supply, carbon fixation and 02 release, waste treatment, air quality purif- ying, water conservation, biodiversity, herein, the service function value of this region is mainly manifested in the indirect value like soil formation and disposition, and climates adjusting. The ranked order from the aspect of differ- ent ecosystem types is: cultivated land, forest land, aquatorium, grassland, unused land and garden plot. And the ranked order from the aspect of different ecosystem unit area is: cultivated land, aquatorium, forest land, garden plot, grassland and unused land. The research results showed that this area has great economic benefits, and culti- vated land, forest land and aquatorium are of great help in ecosystem service function. Additionally, the results can provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development planning of this area.
