形变铜基原位复合材料中Cr纤维热不稳定过程模拟 被引量:4

Modelling of the breakup of Cr Filaments in Wire-Drawn Cu-Based in Situ Composites

摘要 测定了线拉Cu-Ag-Cr(W(Ag)=3%,W(Cr)=10%)原位复合材料(η=3.95)中Cr纤维的断开动力学,并与有关模型比较,提供了较合适的物理模型.结果表明,Cr纤维的断开,受界面扩散控制,界面扩散系数由Courtney界面分裂模型计算为D1(Cr在Cu(Ag)-Cr界面)=47.4exp(-137000/RT)cm2/s,R:J/moo,有效温度范围为600℃~950℃. The breakup kinetics of Cr filaments were monitored by quantitative metallography. Experimental re sults compared with existing models and the appropriate physical model for breakup of filaments were provided. Breakup kinetics in this composite were consistent with interfacial diffusion, the interfacial diffusioncoeffcient was found to be D1(Cr in Cu(Ag)-Cr interface)=47.4exp(-137000/RT)cm2/sec between 600 and 950℃by Courtney's boundary splitting model, R in J/mol·K.
