摘要
利用分子氧,在碳载铂催化剂的作用下,研究了液相氧化α-高碳醇为相应的高碳酸的操作条件.结果表明:分子氧几乎可以氧化所有的。高碳醇,随着高碳醇分子量的增大,分子氧氧化能力下降;催化剂分批加人有利于加快反应速度;提高氧化温度可以的减少催化剂用量的情况下获得相同的产率.
With air oxygen and platinum catalyst supported on carbon, the operation conditions ofpreparation α-fatty acid from α-fatty alcohol by catalytic Liquid phase oxidization were studied. Theresults showed: air oxygen can almost oxidize all α-fatty alcohols, with the molecular weights ofα-fatty alcohols increasing, the oxidizing capability of oxygen decrease. Adding the catalyst in batchwould accelerate reaction speed. And increasing temperatures of reaction could obtain the sameproductive rates at the condition of reducing the amount of catalyst.
