摘要
结合利用世界银行和亚洲银行开发贷款建设公路项目的运作与实践 ,就项目管理方面的几个问题辩证地进行了分析与思考。
In the light of the experince of operating the highway projects loaned from the World Bank and Asia Development Bank, several issues on the project management were analyzed in this article.
