正常肾功能移植肾的磁共振成像评价和判定标准探讨

EVALUATION AND CRITERION OF MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) FOR TRANSPLANTED KIDNEY WITH NORMAL FUNCTION

磁共振成像(MRI)的应用为移植肾的评价提供了一种有用的检测工具。本研究采用单盲法对正常肾功能移植肾进行MRI评价,目的是建立较为客观的移植肾非排异诊断标准。

This study was to observe the images from 37 cases of the transplanted kidney with normal function, the images were formed by spin-echo sequence and T1 weighted imaging, and evaluated by single-blind test. The cortico medula differentiation and parenchymal vascular visbility on MRI from transplanted kidney with normal function was graded into 0-3 degrees. We founded that cortico-medulla differentiation (CMD)and parenchymal vascular visibility (PVV). On MRI were the important diagnosed sign. It is more satisfied that combined CMD and PVV to determine the renal function of transplanted kidney with normal function.
