直肠癌全系膜切除术后吻合口漏的危险因素分析

Risk factors analysis for anastomotic leakage after total mesorectal excision of rectal cancer

目的探讨直肠癌全系膜切除术(TME)后吻合口漏的危险因素。方法回顾分析行直肠癌全系膜切除术治疗的175例患者的临床资料。结果 175例行全系膜切除术的直肠癌患者中,吻合口漏的发生率为8.6%,术后吻合口漏发生的危险因素包括性别、年龄、肿瘤位置、肿瘤大小、糖尿病、肠梗阻及术前行放化疗(P<0.05)。结论 TME后吻合口漏的发生与性别、年龄、肿瘤位置、肿瘤大小,是否有糖尿病,是否有肠梗阻及术前是否行放化疗等因素有关。

Objective To analyze the risk factors for anastomotic leakage after total mesorectal ex- cision of rectal cancer. Methods Data of 175 patients who underwent total mesoreetal excision of rectal cancer were reviewed retrospectively. Results Among 175 cases with total mesorectal excision of rectal cancer, the rate of anastomotic leakage after surgery was 8.6% , The risk factors related to recurrence includ- ed the sex, age, location of the tumor, the size of the tumor, diabetes,intestinal obstruction, preoperative radi- ation and chemotherapy. Conclusions Anastomotic leakage after TME relate with the sex, age, location of the tumor, the size of the tumor, diabetes, intestinal obstruetiont, preoperative radiation and chemotherapy.
