腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的疗效观察

Clinical observation of laparoscopic operation for benign ovarian tumors

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的疗效。方法选取2010年12月至2012年12月间收治的60例良性卵巢肿瘤患者,按随机数字表法将60例患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组30例患者采取腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组30例患者采取直接开腹手术方法治疗,比较两组患者手术后恢复情况和肿瘤残存复发情况。结果观察组30例患者中,手术后完全恢复者14例,基本恢复者9例,明显好转者5例,无效者2例,30例患者中肿瘤复发者1例。对照组30例患者中,手术后完全恢复者9例,基本恢复者8例,明显好转者9例,无效者4例,30例患者肿瘤复发者4例。结论腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤效果明显,手术后恢复快,肿瘤复发低,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumors. Methods 60 cases of benign ovarian tumor patients were selected from 2010 December to 2012 December, according to the random number table, 60 patients were divided into observation group and con- trol group, the observation group 30 patients by laparoscopic operation treatment, 30 patients of control group were taken directly open operation treatment, to compared two groups of patients after the operation recovery and the residual tumor recurrence. Results The observation group of 30 patients with postopera- tive recovery situation ： full recovery of the patients had 14, the basic restoration of the patients had nine, with a clear improvement of the patients had 5, invalid patients had two, 1 case of 30 patients with tumor re- currence. The control group of 30 cases of postoperative recovery ： complete recovery of the patients had nine basic recovery of the patients had eight, with a clear improvement of the patients had nine, four patients with ineffective name, 30 patients with tumor recurrence in patients 4. Conclusions The efficacy of lapa- roscopic operation for the treatment of benign ovarian tumor was good, it has rapid recovery after operation, tumor recurrence is low, and worthy of promotion.
