摘要
采用拮抗实验和ITS序列分析结合的方法,对供试的20株菌株进行了分析。ITS序列分析结果表明,供试菌种的ITS序列长度为624 bp,与GenBank数据库中杏鲍菇菌种的ITS序列相似度为99%以上,在种的水平上证明供试菌种为杏鲍菇,同时构建的系统发育树将供试菌种聚在了4个类群。
Adopting copulative methods of antagonistic test and ITS sequence analysis, 20 tested strains were analyzed. ITS sequence analysis results showed that the ITS sequence of tested strains length was 624 bp, ITS sequence similarity of Pleurotus eryngii strains in the GenBank database was more than 99%, at the specific level it was proved that the tested strains was Pleurotus eryngii, phylogenetic tree was also constructed that the tested strains was clustered in four groups.
